Members Speak Truth

It's a fact that workers in unions earn 25.2% more than their nonunion counterparts, and that difference is even greater for women and people of color. Union members earn better benefits, such as health care coverage and paid sick leave, and 94% of union members have a retirement plan available, compared to just 66% of those not in a union.

Union members have higher workplace safety standards, are better trained, and have more access to the vital resources they need to serve their communities.
